A fair door
to official card
releases.
Impartial Draw is a fair table between collectors and the official trading-card supply chain. A pledgeis a free interest check — no card, no ID, no obligation. Mark the releases you'd buy at MSRP. When we open a release for draw, we write to the pledge members for that release and ask them to verify identity through Stripe; the verified names are drawn fairly. No bots, no scalpers, no midnight queue.
We're not open yet.
We're listening.
Impartial Draw is in stage one of three — gathering pledges. Pledges are all that's live today; accounts come with the founders raffle next, and the draw mechanic opens only once we're approved as a retailer. The whole arc is below.
From an idea to an impartial draw.
Impartial Draw runs in three stages, and we're at the first one. Pledges are live — that's all that's live. The founders raffle and the distributor conversation come after. This isn't pretending to be the finished thing.
Gathering pledges.
Leave a name and an email, that's it — no accounts, no money, no ID. Currently scoped to Pokémon TCG. A pledge is a soft "I'd want this", not a purchase, not a draw entry. We're gathering enough interest to make the next conversation worth having.
You're hereA founders raffle.
Once around two thousandpeople have pledged, we'll run the raffle mechanic in public for the first time. Every pledge gets a number; thirty are drawn for founder status. The seed and the drawn numbers are published on a Draw log page. Drawn pledges have 24 hours to claim a full account; unclaimed slots re-draw under a new seed, up to three rounds. Founder is a title only— no functional perk, because equal chance is the brand's promise.
After ~2,000 pledgesA distributor allocates.
We bring the pledge count and the publicly-run founders raffle to official TCG distributors as evidence: here are the names who'd buy at MSRP; allocate units to us and they will. A distributor has to actually agree to commit units — this is a conversation we have offline; there is no distributor login or portal here.Without this, the live service doesn't open. If approved, public signup opens for everyone, verification and the per-release draw come online, and founders keep their title. We'll say so plainly if we can't land one.
External approvalTell us you'd want this.
No account, no card, no ID. Just an email and the releases you'd want to buy at MSRP. We'll use what you tell us to approach distributors, and we'll write back when there's news worth writing about.
No accounts, no pledges, no cuts — yet. We're gauging whether there are enough collectors who'd buy at MSRP through a fair draw to take the idea to distributors.
- Leave an email, and the releases you'd want
- We write when there's enough interest to approach a distributor
- That's when registrations, pledges, and verification all open
- Until then — nothing changes hands
How it'll work — same door, fair draw.

Pick an upcoming release you'd buy at MSRP. Place a free pledge — no card, no charge, no ID. A pledge is an interest check, nothing more. Withdraw any time before draw.
We stock, then open the draw.
We secure units of the release in bulk through our wholesale channel, decide how many to put up for the draw, and reserve the rest for fulfillment. When the release opens for draw, we write to you — that's how you'll know your cut is moving.
Verify once, on request.
Once we write, complete a short Stripe Identity check — government ID and a brief selfie. Five minutes. Your verification then carries forward to every future cut you've pledged for.
Buy if drawn.
The draw runs against a public seed across the verified pledge members for that release. Drawn names have 24 hours to confirm and buy at near-MSRP, with handling and collector-grade packaging included. Unclaimed units roll forward to the next name.
Releases we'd love to bring to the table.
Same door for everyone. The draw decides who buys.— The whole of the rules.
A pledgeis a free signal of intent. It is not a purchase, and no money changes hands. When we open a release you've pledged for for draw, we write to you and ask you to verify identity through Stripe. If your verified name is drawn, you'll have a window to confirm and complete the buy at near-MSRP (handling and collector-grade packaging included). No purchase is required to pledge, and the draw is randomised — same door, fair shake. Subject to verification and to our terms.
